no official practice on weekends, park is open to the public when not in use for a sanctioned NBL event (typically Tues/Thurs). so you can head down this weekend. Also any bike will do, but most kids ride a 20" bike. There are several sizes to meet the needs of different sized kids.

Any age is welcome. There is a 4 year old little girl that races here. The youngest I have seen is 3. There is NO rule about age.
